1. How can I register for Short Courses?
For registering in Short Courses, do the following

•  Download the registration form
•  fill in the required data and send by fax, email or post (address included)
•  Sending the registration form early enough will increase your chance to attend the course of your interest

2. I need a course that is not included in your plan, how can you help?
As The center aim to improve our services to all BCCI members and fulfill any training requirement, please don't hesitate to inform us about the programs you wish to have in our plans. This will enable us to provide you help by one of the following methods:
•  We may provide alternative programs serving the same purpose as we are aware that training titles may vary while contents could be almost the same.
•  We may be able to refer you to one of our training partners inside and outside Bahrain.
•  We may be able to open a new section for the program requested and invite others to join if we perceive a need for it in the current year.
•  In all cases, we would definitely consider your concerns in all our future plans.

What type of services you provide for better investment of my training budget in levy? And how mush does these services cost?

Being a center of BCCI, we have strong relations and understanding of the requirements set by the High Council of training and the related specific councils, which mean that we can assist you in better management of these requirements beside helping to smooth the procedure.

These services would be provided free for all BCCI members who wish to train their staff within their Training and Development Center .

•  There is always special treatment for BCCI members who actively use the center services
•  Also early registration (Two months before the course due date) will entitle you with a 5% discount
•  For each 3 trainees, you will get one free seat
•  There is special prices for group training

4. What is meant by KAIZEN that is mentioned in your services?
Gemba Kaizen (KAIZEN â and GEMBAKAIZEN â are registered trade marks of KAIZEN INSTITUTE), is a set of management tools (with Japanese roots) used world wide to align the processes of an organization in order to attain World Class standards in terms of Quality and Speed of services offered to customers / citizens .

Kaizen in Japanese means Continual Improvements . These improvements are generated and implemented at the Gemba (the real place or work place) by leveraging people's creativity and participation and not by just infusion of investments!

This is achieved through a combination of quantitative and qualitative strategies i.e. that help organizations achieve;

5. How can I register for one of you frequent courses?
•  The schedule of our frequent programs is included here
•  You may apply for any of these courses either on due time or request other times through filling this inquiry form and sending it to the center (include the time needed and number of trainees). We shall call you and inform you about the final status of holding these courses.

•  Transfer of knowledge and expertise timely and cost effectively
•  Train all employees regardless of their nationalities within the budget set
•  Enhance employees skills not only on the subject of the training but also on other important aspects like self learning, IT and language.
•  Ability to customize the content according to exact needs

•  Realistic and un biased training results for management evaluation
•  Best use of training time. At least 50% less time is needed for finishing subjects than traditional methods
•  Feasibility of training cost. 65%-80% less than traditional training.

•  You may either register in our e-learning lab or request in-house e-learning lab within your budget

8. Can I cancel my registration after booking a seat in a short course?
•  The short courses can be held on its time only base on receiving the minimum number of candidates (10 at least), therefore the center reserve its right to cancel or reschedule any course if this number wasn't achieved in the scheduled time. Our liability in this case will be limited to retuning the full fees upon cancellation of the program.

•  The Cancellation of registration can be accepted without any liability on the registering party when it is officially requested 2 weeks at least before the course date, otherwise 50% of fees will be requested. If cancellation is done before 5 days or less from the course date, full course fees will be due mainly because of our incurred expenses in booking hotel and instructor considering your presence.
