In recent years, many organizations in private, public and non profit sectors had started to realize the importance of human performance improvement in increasing their wealth within the highly competitive and changing regional and universal environments.
And base on such vision, and aligned with BCCI’s objectives and its strategic plans, the Training & Development Center have been opened in cooperation with HPI in order to support the national goals for the benefit of national & regional private and governmental organizations and people.

• Support the government initiatives of localization and improving national human resources
• Motivate national young people to join the private sector

Our Target
This center serves all private and public organizations and their employees beside the other GCC chambers’ members in Bahrain and GCC countries.
